• Perform monthly account reviews for client files • Prepare balance sheets and tax packs (liasse fiscale) • Verify and validate data produced by automated tools • Reconcile accounts and make necessary adjustments • Handle technical client inquiries (level 2/3) • Maintain targeted and efficient client communication (video/phone approximately 2 half-days per week) • Collaborate with the support team that handles operational tasks • Manage a portfolio of up to around 100 straightforward client files
• Minimum 4–5 years' experience in an accounting firm • Solid experience in preparing financial statements and tax packs • Strong knowledge of accounting review processes • Ability to manage a high volume of files with accuracy and rigor • Highly autonomous with the ability to work remotely • Excellent oral and written communication in French • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with digital accounting tools • Experience in a digital or highly automated firm (nice to have) • Participation in process improvement or automation projects (nice to have) • Familiarity with scale/industrial accounting production environments (nice to have) • Professional working proficiency in English (nice to have)
