📋 Description

• Supervising the overall operation of a program, including multiple projects for one client • Implementing a clear line of communication between sales and technical operations • Mentoring and training team members • Travel to client project sites (approx. 25% of time) • Coordinating multidisciplinary due diligence efforts • Evaluating asset risk, supporting investment decision-making • Delivering high-quality assessments within accelerated transaction timelines • Leading multidisciplinary due diligence initiatives supporting commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar • 5+ years commercial/industrial engineering consulting or design experience with a solid understanding of all major MEP and Fire Life & Safety (FLS) systems • 10 years of MEP/FLS Project Management experience • Current Registered Architect or Professional Engineer preferred • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record)
