📋 Description
• The Safety Manager will implement the Bradley Safety program at wind and solar project sites • Ensure a safe work environment for team members, contractors, and visitors • Assist the project management team in developing and executing site-specific safety program and Emergency Action Plan • Advise, coordinate, and conduct safety orientation and training programs at the project level • Review project’s leading and trailing indicator data/document collection and trend analyses • Administer BCM (BIM), BV (Qesis), and Developer Safety Audit Programs
🎯 Requirements
• BS of occupational safety and health preferred, or equivalent experience • A minimum of 3 years of Renewable (Wind, Solar, Battery) experience is required • Strong understanding of NEC • Strong Microsoft office familiarity • Must have OSHA 500/ First Aid/ CPR or equivalent or be able to obtain it in a short period of time.
