📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, including issuing and posting sales invoices for CE Europe entities • Post nettings and perform reconciliations within the region • Lead the bad debt collection process and actively monitor overdue receivables • Contribute to cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning • Confirm and reconcile open balances and WIP with contractors, business partners, and the Group • Prepare internal reports, financial summaries, and client-facing analyses • Coordinate document flow and ensure proper archiving and compliance of accounting records • Assist with communication and coordination during external audits • Participate in cross-border finance projects and collaborative initiatives • Contribute to internal control assessments and compliance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance function • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English • German is an advantage • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong systems skills • Strong hands-on mindset with a focus on delivery and accuracy • Ability to quickly understand existing processes and systems • Available at short notice
