📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities** • - Serve as a liaison between the accounting team and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication • - Communicate financial information, invoices, and billing details to clients in both English and Spanish as needed • - Assist with accounts receivable and payable processes, including payment follow-ups • - Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure accurate case-related billing • - Review settlement agreements and ensure financial terms are accurately reflected and processed • - Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems • - Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status • - Support account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies • - Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal financial procedures

🎯 Requirements

• **Qualifications** • - Fluency in **English and Spanish** (written and verbal) is required • - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred • - 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or financial coordination • - Experience with the settlement process and reviewing agreements is required • - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes • - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • **Preferred Skills** • - Personal injury experience is preferred but not required • - Experience in a law firm or professional services environment • - Familiarity with legal billing and case management systems • - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
