• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients for a personal injury law firm. • Professionally handle inbound calls from clients involved in auto accidents; gather essential accident details. • Communicate legal processes, explain the firm’s services, answer client queries, and collect information for attorneys. • Maintain accurate, confidential client records and organize client information for legal professionals. • Use Excel and electronic systems to manage and track client data; update case management tools as needed. • Provide administrative support to the legal team and assist in preparation and organization of legal documents. • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize urgent client needs. • Collaborate with attorneys and the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual required). • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus. • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; familiarity with case management software is a plus. • Ability to professionally handle inbound calls and gather essential accident/client information. • Experience maintaining accurate and confidential client records and document management. • Empathy and compassionate demeanor when assisting clients.
