• Lead the conversion of qualified international B2C leads into bookings • Manage a remote sales team and drive accountability to targets and KPIs • Collaborate with executive leadership on product pricing and payment plans • Optimize Salesforce workflows to maximize efficiency • Provide accurate revenue forecasts to executive leadership • Create and refine high-converting sales scripts, templates, and messaging flows • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments
• 5+ years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales • 5+ years of experience selling to Gen Z and Millennial audiences • 5+ years of experience managing sales pipelines • 1+ years of experience managing a remote sales team • Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership on pricing and discounting frameworks • Experience in analyzing historical data and conversion metrics • Experience optimizing CRM workflows in Salesforce
