• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and help them identify and hire top talent • Source and attract candidates using various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and professional networks • Conduct initial screenings, interview candidates, and provide recommendations to clients for hiring • Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, building a network of professional contacts to support future business growth • Meet and exceed targets and KPIs to ensure the success of the business
🎯 Requirements
