📋 Description

• Conduct onboarding virtual meetings with new clients • Explain service scope, timelines, and client responsibilities • Guide clients through document submission workflows and software tools • Coordinate with the production team for smooth onboarding handoffs • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Respond to client emails and queries within defined SLAs • Follow up on missing documents and key information • Escalate complex accounting or tax issues to internal CPAs and leads • Coordinate between clients, the India production team, and US CPAs • Organize and manage client documents for tax and accounting preparation • Interact with clients through virtual meetings and phone calls • Clarify services, financial reports, and next steps • Does not involve bookkeeping, accounting review, or financial quality control

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree required • MBA in Finance or related field is an added advantage • 2–5 years of direct client-facing experience • US client exposure is a strong plus • Exceptional spoken and written English • Ability to present financial details • American or neutral accent preferred • High empathy, active listening, responsive follow-up, customer-centric approach, and coordination skills • Core understanding of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and basic tax concepts • Strong accountability and full commitment to US night shift hours • Mandatory availability for 6:30 PM–2:30 AM IST • Ability to work from India
