📋 Description
• Set the feasibility data analytics strategy and capabilities roadmap • Act as subject matter expert in feasibility tools, technologies, databases and platforms • Provide GCO and Clinical Development stakeholders with analyses, predictive models, and feasibility risk assessments • Drive implementation of innovative processes related to data and technology • Collaborate with Applied Innovations, Data Science & Operational Excellence, Clinical Systems & Innovation • Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI for feasibility insights • Lead development of Global Strategic Feasibility proposals occasionally • Ensure standardization in use of data, tools and process across regions • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide feasibility recommendations and support study design optimization • Support modelling of strategy options using internal and external data assets • Interpret data and develop recommendations on operational strategy • Lead or contribute to strategic planning meetings and training • Determine risk/mitigation planning for study feasibility or recruitment and retention • Support development of global processes and participate in global projects representing GCO
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline • Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in Feasibility, Clinical Data Analytics, Clinical Trial Management, and Operations Management • Good understanding of global, regional, and country landscape and regulatory requirements • Expertise in data analytics and systems • Experience with feasibility tools, technologies, databases and platforms • Experience collaborating with Data Science, Applied Innovations, Clinical Systems & Innovation teams • Ability to develop predictive models and perform feasibility risk assessments • Ability to conduct intelligence gathering and risk assessment including therapeutic knowledge balanced with data analytics • Ability to perform root cause analysis and determine mitigation steps • Experience in strategic planning, training, and cross-functional collaboration
