📋 Description

• Ensure operational excellence in planning and execution to drive BeOne pipeline performance • Report to the General Manager UK & Ireland cluster • Plan and deliver internal and external projects and events • Perform specialised tasks, manage team members, and establish relationships with vendors and freelance professionals • Develop and maintain library of planning documents and dashboards tracking key objectives • Facilitate communication and information flow between interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders • Coordinate Lead Team agendas, follow-up and regular reporting to the Cluster Lead Team • Lead Administrative Team on budget, invoicing, contracting, onboarding, HR projects, internal events and congresses • Develop project plans, manage deadlines, resources, budgets and ensure compliance with standards and procedures • Liaise with HR, Legal/Compliance, Finance and other corporate functions • Coordinate costs/expenses/accruals, stock control and budget within authorization limits • Coordinate congress and event planning and establish high-level service to external stakeholders • Develop internal communication strategies and implement action plans to achieve objectives • Ensure operations comply with BeOne’s Standards of conduct and applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Oncology or Haemato-Oncology is highly desirable • More than 8 years of qualified work experience in project management and related management areas • Demonstrable planning, project management and analytical skills • Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment • Highly self-motivated, solution-oriented with ability to work with light-touch supervision and as part of a team • Strong leadership and time, task and resource management skills • Success-, service-, and commercial-oriented thinking and working • Exceptional communication skills and thought leadership; problem solver and critical thinker • University undergraduate degree in science or business (minimum); MD, PhD, MBA advantageous • Project Management qualifications highly desirable • Supervisory experience managing Country Coordinator team • Standard Computer Skills required • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of time
