📋 Description

• Provide leadership, management, and mentorship to clinical study managers at various levels • Lead Operations Managers and Operations Associates responsible for regional study management • Mentor, coach, and manage team performance • Collaborate with regional, global, internal, external, and cross-functional stakeholders • Ensure timely, quality delivery of regional clinical trials aligned with organizational goals • Contribute to regional Clinical Operations strategy and accountability for key performance metrics • Support development of clinical trial delivery initiatives and novel approaches • Ensure team adherence to required processes and SOPs • Promote quality standards and proactive risk management • Support knowledge management and continuous improvement • Contribute to regional study management resourcing and assign personnel appropriately • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to direct reports • Support development plans and hiring of new talent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline • 8+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO industry • MS Office proficiency • Project Planning Applications proficiency • Solid leadership and management experience as a direct line manager or cross-functional team lead • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Sound judgment and discretion in matters of significance • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to influence and lead • Travel may be required according to business need
