⢠Develop and implement regional market access strategies for assigned accounts (IDN, HS, and GPO accounts) ⢠Facilitate introductions to appropriate medical affairs colleagues for research opportunities ⢠Establish corporate relationships with key account stakeholders ⢠Support patient access and field reimbursement ⢠Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to implement corporate strategies ⢠Manage successful implementation and pull through of contracts and agreements with assigned accounts
⢠Bachelor of Science Required ⢠MBA preferred ⢠Minimum of 10 years of related pharmaceutical experience ⢠At least 5 years of direct experience in corporate account management, oncology ⢠Experience executing physician network or IDN/Health System contracting and account management ⢠Oncology therapeutic experience required; oral and IV oncology strongly preferred ⢠Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required ⢠Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills ⢠Strong negotiating skills required
