📋 Description
• Strategic leadership and management • Accountable for building and retaining the global team of GCPL/gCSM • Oversee delivery and goal achievement of programs and projects • Collaborate with other Franchise Heads to define and implement strategies • Provide clinical operational insight to drive Therapeutic/Asset strategy • Conduct regular program review meetings • Create, review, and provide input to maintain compound-level documents • Report on program/study status, goals, and operational KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline • 14+ years’ experience in clinical trial industry • Both Project and Program management experience across the entire lifecycle of multi-region/country clinical trials • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience, including 3+ years at managing senior manager level above • Experience in Breast and Women's cancers preferred
