⢠University Degree in Life Sciences/Health or Administrative discipline (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Business) ⢠5-8 years of experience as Key Account Manager mainly in public market ⢠Mandatory current experience of administrative processes in Key Institutions and Key Hospitals, as well as deep knowledge of the stakeholders in all levels and departments ⢠Extensive demonstrated background in access, sales, territory management and cross-functional collaboration ⢠Demonstrated track record of including new products in Government Health Institutions, and in gaining and managing contracts ⢠Demonstrated track record of delivering solid results over time ⢠Deep understanding of the Key Decision-Making process in Key Accounts (stakeholders, HCPs, care networks, regulation, legislation, and the existing cross interrelationship) ⢠Deep understanding of the Health Care System ⢠Demonstrated solid leadership in internal cross-functional teams ⢠Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry and in Hematology & Oncology areas ⢠Solid communication skills
