📋 Description
• Draft, negotiate and manage a high volume of contracts • Evaluate legal and contractual risks • Provide practical, solution-oriented legal support to business functions • Ensure contract terms are compliant with laws and regulations • Train business functions on contracts and legal issues • Conduct legal research as needed
🎯 Requirements
• U.S. law degree (J.D.) • Current “good standing” admission to at least one U.S. state bar • 3+ years of prior in-house experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceuticals company strongly preferred • Excellent drafting skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Working knowledge of applicable healthcare laws and contractual regulations
