• Responsible for building and leading the marketing function to develop and execute commercialization strategies • Collaborate closely with local cross-functional leaders • Oversee all marketing strategies and plans • Prepare the commercial market for the approval of future products • Collation and development of market insights • Build strong partnerships with external partners • Collaborate with key customers and patient advocates • Steer impactful congress presence, communications and intelligence • Provide exceptional leadership • Ensure compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards
• University undergraduate degree in science or business • A minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience • Specific knowledge and experience in the hematology market / knowledge in the field of lymphomas is highly desirable • Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment • Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Significant project management experience • Fluency in both verbal and written English
