⢠Develop and maintain strong scientific relationships with hematologists, oncologists, pharmacists, researchers, and relevant healthcare stakeholders across Malaysia. ⢠Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions on disease areas, clinical data, treatment landscapes, and BeOne Medicines products and pipeline. ⢠Identify, map, and prioritize KOLs and emerging experts within hematology. ⢠Respond to unsolicited scientific and medical inquiries in a compliant and balanced manner. ⢠Facilitate scientific exchange between external experts and internal medical teams. ⢠Provide scientific support for marketed products, pipeline compounds, and disease state education. ⢠Deliver accurate and up-to-date scientific presentations to healthcare professionals and stakeholders. ⢠Support the medical review and localization of scientific materials where appropriate. ⢠Stay current with developments in hematology, including clinical guidelines, competitor data, treatment pathways, and emerging evidence. ⢠Attend and summarize key scientific congresses, advisory boards, and medical meetings. ⢠Identify opportunities for local evidence generation, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), real-world evidence (RWE), registries, and collaborative research. ⢠Support feasibility assessments and site identification for clinical trials and research initiatives. ⢠Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical Operations teams.
⢠Medical Degree (MBBS/MD), Pharmacy Degree (BPharm/MPharm/PharmD), PhD, or other relevant life sciences qualification. ⢠Minimum 2 years of experience (MSL)/4 years of experience(Sr. MSL) in Medical Affairs, clinical practice, research, or pharmaceutical industry. ⢠Experience in oncology or hematology is strongly preferred. ⢠Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders. ⢠Familiarity with the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem and hematology treatment landscape. ⢠Willingness to travel regularly within Malaysia. Occasional regional or international travel may be required.
