📋 Description

• Reporting directly to the Head of Biotech Unit, the position is a member of BTU core leadership team • Contributes to the overall BTU strategy and driving its vision and mission • Accountable for the lifecycle management of drug development and commercialization in Biotech Unit • Provides leadership for global product development strategies • Establishes clear processes for team management and communication • Drives strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives • Develops, validates, and maintains project plans, schedules, and leads team planning sessions • Plans, tracks, and manages project milestones, goals, KPIs, project budget, dependencies, and critical path

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge and expertise of managing scaled and complex global portfolio and programs • Good understanding of worldwide clinical trial expertise and best practices • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive work relationships to effectively interface at all levels across the organization • PMP certification a plus • Experience in Oncology/Hematology drug development is preferred • Fluent in written and verbal English. • Desirable: knowledge of Mandarin
