📋 Description
• Manage multiple concurrent security projects, coordinating resources across different project teams • Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and goals • Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation • Manage and mentor project managers and coordinators • Act as a liaison with clients, partners, and executive management • Evaluate and improve program processes
🎯 Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience in project or program management • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams • Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and risk in complex program environments
