• Actively influence commercialization strategies that support market planning efforts across BeOne’s oncology portfolio • Design, execute, and manage market research projects • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify critical business objectives • Develop and implement market research plans • Analyze national-level audit data for market sizing and analog assessment • Integrate primary market research findings with other analytical insights • Create and implement comprehensive communication plans • Share key multi-stakeholder insights with partners • Stay abreast of emerging healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends
• Bachelor or advanced degree (e.g. Master’s/MBA or Ph.D.), with concentration in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business • 7+ years of overall experience • 5+ years progressive experience in consulting, market research, strategic analysis and planning • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace experience required • Oncology launch and/or pre-launch experience preferred • Hands on, in-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods • Forecast model literacy and experience with secondary data analysis is desirable • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data and learning into actionable recommendations for business growth • Demonstrated attention to detail and excellence in project management, including effectively managing multiple projects/priorities • Experience managing vendors and consultants strongly preferred • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
