📋 Description

• Accountable for the asset strategy from proof of concept through global product launch and lifecycle management. • Lead the Global Product Team (GPT) to establish, drive, and execute global strategy for an asset across its entire life cycle. • Build and lead a high-performing GPT, advocate for resourcing, and ensure line of sight across functions. • Ensure cross-functional strategic input is embedded in clinical development plans and regulatory strategy, including trial design, endpoints, comparators, TPP, and regulatory pathway. • Act as ambassador for internal and external stakeholder engagement; communicate scientific differentiation of the molecule. • Collaborate on development and delivery of the Target Product Profile (TPP) with GPT and stakeholders. • Lead integrated product development and commercialization plans aligned with business objectives and differentiated from competition. • Present development strategy at governance meetings to secure funding and endorsement. • Manage and mitigate risk, communicating risks and mitigation strategies to senior leadership. • Work with global and regional commercial teams to generate and deliver commercial strategies and plans. • Define LCM investment options/business cases and recommend investments to maximize brand portfolio value. • Provide leadership support to multidisciplinary sub-teams and partner with Global Program Manager to translate strategy into actionable plans. • Execute plans within guard-rails, proactively manage risks and issues, and drive team effectiveness and alignment with governance processes. • Partner with other GPTs, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Business Development to maximize lifecycle and external messaging opportunities. • Ensure appropriate governance, compliance, and protection of company rights, data, and intellectual property.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to demonstrate a flexible leadership style and communication to work effectively in a global, cross-functional matrix organization. • Ability to work effectively in diverse cultures. • Demonstrated clinical research expertise in Oncology; preference for direct expertise in Breast Cancer disease. • Experience in drug development and global commercialization across the product lifecycle. • Business acumen: understands unmet market needs and develops product strategies. • Enterprise thinker with problem solving skills and ability to engage senior leadership. • Demonstrated record driving business outcomes in multi-disciplinary teams and making decisions that positively impact the business. • Strategic and decisive leader with energy, passion, courage, vision, and innovative analytical thinking. • Proven experience with global regulatory submissions and interacting with major health authorities; NDA and/or BLA submission experience strongly desired. • Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization. • Education/Experience Required: Advanced degree and 10+ years in drug development, product strategy & global commercialization, leading cross-functional teams.
