📋 Description
• Translate business needs into a Salesforce strategy that is scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational priorities. • Establish governance and intake processes for Salesforce development requests. • Drive platform adoption and enforce “single source of truth” principles across business functions. • Lead deployment of Salesforce features using Agile methodology, coordinating resources to deploy enhancements in regular sprints. • Supervise the creation and deployment of Salesforce based organizational reporting to enable team to better leverage data and monitor team performance. • Supervise and govern workstreams, data flows, and third party integrations across Salesforce CRM, Field Service Lighting, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud to ensure data integrity and continued system performance. • Ensure Salesforce architecture is robust, integrated, and well-documented.
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10+ years of Salesforce experience, including strategic ownership roles. • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, CRM, and integrations with ERP/field systems. • Proven leadership in governance, intake, and cross-functional alignment. • Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Administrator + one advanced credential (Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Admin, or Application Architect preferred). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience presenting to executives.
