📋 Description

• Develop tax automation solutions using Python, focusing on performance, scalability and code reuse. • Handle large volumes of data using optimized libraries and software engineering best practices. • Translate business requirements into clear, efficient, and scalable technical solutions. • Participate in the design and architecture of new applications and automation workflows. • Perform code reviews, ensuring quality standards and technical compliance. • Propose continuous improvements to development processes and system integrations. • Support data integration between tax systems and different platforms. • Document technical solutions to support maintenance and the ongoing evolution of applications. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality of deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. • 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development. • Postgraduate degree or specialization will be considered a plus. • Strong technical knowledge of Python and libraries for data manipulation and analysis. • Ability to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Knowledge of application architecture and process automation. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. • Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems. • Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. • Good communication skills and ease interacting with different departments. • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. • Collaborative mindset and team orientation. • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset. • Commitment to the technical quality of deliverables.
