📋 Description

• Lead the development team technically, defining standards, architecture and technical direction. • Work hands-on in the code — implementation, code reviews and proofs of concept — remaining a technical reference. • Design and evolve the architecture of high-scale .NET microservices and distributed systems. • Make technical decisions on persistence (SQL Server and MongoDB), messaging and integration patterns. • Define and promote best practices for Clean Code, SOLID principles, design patterns and testing strategies. • Ensure resilience, performance and observability of cloud services (Azure and AWS) using Datadog. • Lead the adoption of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) in the development workflow, with governance and critical assessment. • Mentor and develop the team technically, raising the engineering level. • Collaborate with Product, Architecture and the Team Lead on technical feasibility and prioritization of deliveries. • Drive technical trade-off decisions, manage technical debt and define the platform evolution roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with C# and .NET in large-scale production systems. • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. • Proven experience with cloud architecture on Azure and AWS. • Expertise in modeling and performance optimization in SQL Server and MongoDB. • Solid experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Service Bus and/or Kafka). • Strong command of Clean Code, SOLID principles, design patterns and testing strategies. • Proficiency in monitoring and observability with Datadog and reliability practices (SRE). • Advanced use of AI tools in development (e.g., Claude, Copilot), with critical judgment of generated code. • Solid experience with version control (Git), CI/CD and a DevOps culture. • Previous experience leading development teams technically.
