📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve the platform and infrastructure • Help shape the SRE Platform roadmap • Build internal tools and automation, often with Claude Code and other AI tools • Reduce KTLO cognitive load by automating manual steps • Provide infrastructure support to developer teams • Operate and improve production containerised workloads on AWS ECS and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) • Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform • Improve reliability, observability, performance, and cost-efficiency • Make technical decisions balancing local and global impact • Participate in architecture, design, and prioritisation discussions • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams through incremental delivery • Mentor colleagues and raise standards through feedback and example • Support SOC2 compliance through recurring ceremonies, monitoring, and compliant platform design • Contribute to Kubernetes (AWS EKS) production operations and multi-team technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product-minded platform or infrastructure teams, not just ticket-driven operations • Experience running and supporting production infrastructure and internal platforms used by other teams • Some experience as an SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineer • Working knowledge of AWS and containers • Genuine interest in Kubernetes and some hands-on exposure • Comfort with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform is a plus • Care about reliability, security, observability, and cost-efficiency • Strong communication, collaboration, and end-to-end ownership mindset • Comfort with ambiguity and real-world trade-offs • Product mindset and software quality focus • Willingness to participate in the paid on-call rotation after building sufficient platform experience • English is the working language
