📋 Description

• Be responsible for corporate (PJ) insurance products, focusing on Creditor Insurance (Prestamista PJ) and Group Life, from conception through continuous performance and profitability improvement in the wholesale segment; • Manage and develop the corporate insurance portfolio in partnership with insurers, negotiating commercial terms, coverages, operational rules and remuneration models; • Work closely with the wholesale sales force (bankers), understanding day-to-day needs, supporting commercial requests, structuring insurance solutions that fit corporate clients and contributing to increased penetration and sales effectiveness; • Structure, review and maintain products for offering through wholesale sales channels, including analysis of general conditions, scope of coverage, contracts, commercialization rules and regulatory alignment; • Support the wholesale commercial strategy, ensuring insurance products are aligned with corporate clients' needs and the bank's credit and relationship strategies; • Master performance, profitability and penetration indicators, using data to guide decisions, product adjustments and new growth opportunities; • Map market opportunities and perform competitive analyses in the corporate insurance segment, supporting strategic decisions and the evolution of the wholesale corporate insurance portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Essential experience in managing and developing corporate (PJ) insurance products (focus on Creditor Insurance - Prestamista PJ and Group Life); • Degree: Bachelor's in Business Administration or related fields;
