📋 Description

• Creation and development of new financial products for BV, primarily in Investments (Fixed Income) • Knowledge of products (offshore, foreign-currency assets, lending, FX, derivatives and digital channels) is a plus • As Product Manager (PM), participate in and lead all internal interactions with support teams (Legal, Operations, Accounting, etc.), and work within the squad by planning activities and writing user stories • Specify, prioritize and validate the products and features the squad will develop (roadmap and backlog) • Liaise with multiple areas to design and develop new products • Ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines with all stakeholders • Provide strategic vision, measure results and monitor KPIs • Attend and lead various meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the financial markets and banking processes, with a focus on Investments (Fixed Income) • Technical knowledge of financial products (offshore, foreign-currency assets, local-currency assets, FX and derivatives) • Familiarity with discovery and refinement processes • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Advanced Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) • Organized, creative, with leadership spirit and an intrapreneurial attitude • Risk management across processes and workflows, strategic vision and results-oriented • Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between the squad and its clients.
