📋 Description

• Operate and optimize journeys, segments, and campaigns in Salesforce. • Configure objects, automations, and reports. • Ensure quality and efficiency of CRM journeys. • Analyze performance and generate business insights. • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Journey Builder, etc.) • Proficiency with workflows/flows, rules, objects, reports, and segmentation. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. • Organized, self-driven, and collaborative. • Proactive engagement with peer teams and partners. • Clear communicator with a problem-solving focus. • Availability to work in a hybrid model (twice weekly) near Morumbi CPTM station.
