📋 Description

• Develop and implement Treasury solutions, including Funding, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX), Equities, Government and Corporate Bonds, and especially Offshore products; • Manage Treasury products within the framework of manuals, policies and regulatory instructions; • Coordinate migration of complex front- and back-office systems related to products; • Plan activities, write user stories and lead deliveries using Waterfall and Agile methodologies; • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and deadlines with stakeholders; • Monitor and report project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and strategic objectives; • Lead the execution of multiple structural and diverse projects simultaneously.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in financial markets and financial products as outlined above; • Knowledge of Funding, Foreign Exchange (FX), Equities, Corporate Bonds, Government Bonds, Derivatives and, in particular, Offshore products; • Proven experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban); • Ability to serve as a liaison between business, vendors and technology teams; • Advanced Office Suite skills (Excel and PowerPoint); • Experience with data analysis and evaluation, including Power BI; • Participation in complex system migration projects; • Proven track record working in Proprietary Treasury; • Experience with Offshore products; • Strong experience in product management; • Effective communication and collaboration with various bank areas (e.g., Treasury, Operations, Finance).
