📋 Description

• Builds and industrializes AI agents, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and integrated into the BV ecosystem • Develops advanced prompts and agent logic, ensuring adherence to business rules and performance requirements • Operationalizes AI models in production pipelines with governance and observability • Integrates agents with core corporate tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint) and internal systems • Collaborates with Software Engineering to design robust architectures and to expand AI knowledge across teams • Supports the evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases with a focus on real impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with the bank's technology stack • Acts as a bridge between experimentation and practical application • Identifies automation and AI opportunities in analyzed workflows • Structures use cases in input → processing → output logic • Validates technical and regulatory feasibility with Engineering and Architecture teams • Monitors pilots and evaluates success criteria prior to scaling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with generative AI tools (frameworks such as ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, crewAI, agentspace, agentengine, LLMs, and low-code workflow/orchestration solutions) • Knowledge of APIs, integration, and orchestration • Experience building agents • Knowledge of prompt frameworks and task-oriented model refinement/fine-tuning
