📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of data products aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. • Understand business and user needs through research, interviews, analysis, and discovery activities. • Define, prioritize, and manage the data product backlog. • Specify functional requirements and support the detailing of technical requirements with engineering teams. • Partner with engineers, analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure value-driven deliveries. • Oversee the full lifecycle of data products, from conception to measurement of outcomes. • Ensure solutions meet quality, governance, security, and usability requirements. • Define and track success, adoption, and value metrics for data products. • Support the application of AI and Generative AI in products and business processes. • Promote best practices related to data quality, cataloging, and reliability. • Contribute to spreading a data-driven culture across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Product Manager, Product Manager, or equivalent role. • Experience with data products, datasets, data APIs, consumption layers, or analytical products. • Knowledge of the data lifecycle, including collection, transformation, governance, and consumption. • Experience defining and prioritizing product backlogs. • Ability to conduct discovery activities, specify requirements, and align stakeholder expectations. • Experience with agile methodologies. • Analytical capability and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and the ability to work between business areas and technical teams. • Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and metrics. • Knowledge of AI and Generative AI applied to data products, automations, or information enrichment.
