📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the initiatives under your responsibility • Act as a reference in product management within your squad • Build alignment among different stakeholders, communicating priorities and trade-offs • Lead the discovery and evolution of digital products, formulating hypotheses and tests to validate solutions • Work in partnership with Engineering, Design, Data and other stakeholders • Define success metrics and closely monitor results • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in product management, leading products or relevant digital initiatives • Ability to balance roles, navigating easily between long-term strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution • Strong data and metrics skills, with proven experience defining and tracking product and business metrics • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with Engineering, Design and Data professionals • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization • Data fluent: defining success metrics and conducting analyses; SQL and analytics tools are part of your routine • Use of AI in work: actively using AI tools in your workflow and exploring how they can create product value
