📋 Description

• Act as the Product Manager for the Card Loyalty squad within the Monetization area. • Responsible for defining the vision, strategy and roadmap for initiatives focused on engagement, recurrence, retention and profitability of the customer base. • Day-to-day, lead discovery, prioritization and delivery of loyalty features and experiments, such as benefits, campaigns, incentives and engagement mechanics, partnering with Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, Risk and external partners. • Conduct performance and customer behavior analyses, define and track metrics such as activation, usage, retention, churn, average ticket and incremental revenue, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs and technical execution. • Clearly communicate objectives, results and learnings to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Product Manager (or Product Owner), with responsibility for vision, roadmap, discovery and delivery of digital products. • Prior experience with financial products, preferably cards, payments, loyalty or monetization. • Analytical capability for data-driven decision making, using metrics, KPIs and customer behavior analyses. • Experience with discovery methods, hypothesis validation, experimentation and impact-oriented prioritization.
