📋 Description

• Review and assess the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), including assignment of processing legal bases • Review contracts, terms and agreements involving the processing of personal data, including clauses for international data transfers • Support investigations related to incidents involving personal data • Assist in the preparation of reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities • Develop and review privacy policies and procedures • Conduct data protection impact assessments (RIPD/DPIA) • Carry out Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA) • Perform privacy due diligence for vendors/suppliers • Implement privacy regulatory requirements, with a focus on ANPD regulations • Provide opinions and risk assessments on privacy and data protection matters • Support responses to requests from regulatory bodies (ANPD and SUSEP).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law • Strong knowledge of Data Protection (LGPD) and ANPD resolutions • Basic understanding of Information Security • Experience with LGPD implementation programs is desirable • Organized with strong attention to detail • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proactive in learning new tools and legislation • Knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a plus
