📋 Description
• Administration and configuration of operational, traffic-related systems – including associated hardware and databases • Ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation • Documentation of system environments, configurations, operational procedures and activity plans • Participation in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 telephony availability
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree* in Computer Science, Communications Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on extensive professional experience • Knowledge of common network and IP protocols • Basic experience operating servers (Windows/Linux) • Very good German language skills (minimum C1) and confident technical English skills, spoken and written • Initial experience with Unified Messaging systems (Fax/SMS/Voicemail) and experience with Session Border Controllers is an advantage • Basic knowledge of service management (ITIL)
