📋 Description

• Participate in and/or lead the development and preparation of cost/price proposals in response to RFP requirements, ensuring compliance with Government policies, regulations, and internal procedures. • Prepare, analyze, and evaluate proposal cost data using both established and innovative cost estimating methodologies and tools. • Support pricing of task order proposals under IDIQ contracts, ensuring accurate Schedule B attachments, rate pools, labor categories, and direct labor inputs (including hours). • Work closely with the capture manager, proposal manager, finance team, and executives to ensure the cost/price proposal is accurate, complete, competitive, and compliant. • Conduct market research and analyze pricing trends to recommend competitive and optimized pricing strategies. • Ensure all proposals comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements. • Identify and resolve any pricing-related issues or discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in proposal pricing in the Federal Government contracting industry. • Experience supporting the pricing of task order proposals under IDIQ contracts. • Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations. • Knowledge of financial principles and the ability to develop accurate pricing models. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • High attention to detail to ensure compliance with pricing requirements and accuracy in cost data.
