⢠Design and scope sustainable finance proposals and bid responses across clean energy, sustainable transport, debt instruments, nature-based solutions, and climate-aligned public finance ⢠Research funding opportunities, donor priorities, and institutional landscapes, including government procurement, development finance institutions, and climate finance mechanisms ⢠Produce research memoranda and analytical briefs on funder priorities, sector trends, and partnership opportunities for senior leaders ⢠Develop and refine proposal narratives, theories of change, and strategic frameworks for bidding processes ⢠Create presentations and supporting materials for partnership discussions and client engagement ⢠Manage business development pipelines and track activity across geographies and funding windows ⢠Manage multiple workstreams while meeting quality standards and deadlines ⢠Work closely with senior leaders and business development specialists to support BD strategy and identify partnership and funding opportunities
⢠Must be based in Nairobi ⢠Access to a home office setup that supports full-time remote work ⢠Recent graduate, ideally with a background in Sustainable Finance, Climate Change, or International Development ⢠Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ⢠Proficiency in English required ⢠Mastery of a second language highly desirable ⢠Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills ⢠Passion for sustainable development and the role finance can play ⢠Highly motivated with a desire to learn and develop professional competencies ⢠Ability to work independently and complete accurate deliverables by set deadlines ⢠Proficiency in managing timelines ⢠Willingness to adapt to new challenges in a fast entrepreneurial environment ⢠Team player ⢠Research and presentation-building capability desirable
