📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-volume P2P merchants across LATAM markets • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing LATAM countries • Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, payment partners, and local agents • Monitor local regulatory environments, competitor activity, and payment trends • Own and deliver P2P trading volume, merchant count, and revenue KPIs • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams • Represent Bybit at local crypto/fintech events, meetups, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments • Strong understanding of P2P trading mechanics and the crypto landscape in LATAM • Fluent in Spanish (required) • Comfortable working with KPIs and data to track performance and report results • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Knowledge of local payment methods such as PIX, SPEI, and PSE • Knowledge of regulatory nuances across LATAM countries • Existing network of merchants, traders, or payment agents in LATAM is a strong plus • Portuguese is a strong advantage • Prior experience at a crypto exchange or P2P platform • English proficiency for internal communication
