📋 Description

• Develop ideas for video and graphic ads for performance campaigns on Meta and Google • Independently create content, including authentic customer feedback • Represent the brand at photo and video shoots • Independently edit and handle post-production of video and image assets for ads and organic content • Plan, build, optimize, and scale paid performance campaigns • Develop content ideas and produce posts for social media channels and, where applicable, websites and landing pages • Systematically test hooks, thumb-stoppers, intros/outros, creatives, and copy • Convert test insights into reusable modular systems • Conduct topic and keyword research for ad creatives and further customer journey content • Evaluate test results using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads and derive specific actions • Take on campaign management and optimization responsibilities over time • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to obtain authentic statements and customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, for example with Meta Ads or Google Ads • Experience managing campaigns from creation through optimization to reporting • Strong understanding of content, trends, and formats • Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva • Creative ability to bring your own ideas to life both in front of and behind the camera • Analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights and optimizations from ad and test results • Independent, structured approach to work • Ideally, experience in a D2C/e-commerce environment or in healthcare/FMCG • Willingness to submit a résumé and, preferably, work samples; an application video is optional
