📋 Description

• Own the Meta account end to end, including campaign setup, structure, buying, daily optimization, and scaling • Make budget allocation decisions and take responsibility for results • Develop full-funnel awareness stages and customer journeys across multiple touchpoints • Test TikTok and Pinterest as additional growth channels • Produce performance creatives independently, including concepts, angles, pain points, scripts, hooks, editing, static assets, UGC, EGC, and video • Source, brief, and manage creators for high-performing content • Build a pool of suitable creator voices and faces • Conduct systematic creative, offer, and audience testing • Manage performance based on margin, blended ROAS/MER, CAC, and contribution margin • Use KLAR for attribution and report performance transparently • Use AI for creative iteration, pain-point and angle development, and reporting • Build AI workflows that accelerate execution

🎯 Requirements

• Solid paid social experience in DTC/e-commerce • Proven track record of scaling Meta accounts profitably • Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, buying, and scaling • Ability to produce performance creatives independently, from concept and script to hook and editing • Proficiency with tools such as Figma or Canva • Experience sourcing and managing content creators for UGC • Knowledge of ROAS/aMER, CAC, CM1, CM2, and attribution models • AI-native working style and experience using AI tools • Bias to action and an owner’s mentality • Fluent in German • Comfortable working remotely in a structured and self-directed manner • Bonus: Experience in fashion, apparel, lingerie, or premium DTC • Bonus: Experience with the Shopify ecosystem • Bonus: Experience with TikTok or Pinterest Ads
