📋 Description

• Develop and own the media strategy • Plan and continuously allocate budgets across channels, markets, and funnel stages • Develop dedicated media plans for launches and campaigns • Independently set up, manage, and optimize campaigns • Manage bidding strategies, audiences, campaign structures, and budget pacing • Align media activity with new customer acquisition and existing customer activation • Optimize for revenue, contribution margin, CAC, and ROAS • Manage and brief the media agency, and decide which tasks should be handled in-house or outsourced • Test new channels and formats • Build out a test-and-learn engine in collaboration with the Creative Strategist • Work with the CRM team across the customer journey • Coordinate with the e-commerce team on landing pages and conversion • Ensure robust tracking and attribution setups, including CAPI, server-side tracking, and product feeds • Provide regular management reporting on performance, learnings, and forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience managing large paid social and paid search budgets in D2C e-commerce • Proven success scaling campaigns across more than one European market • Experience managing media agencies • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads • Strong understanding of attribution models and tracking infrastructure, such as CAPI and server-side tracking • Proficiency in GA4 and Shopify • Confident use of AI tools and automation for campaign management, analysis, and reporting • Demonstrable, measurable improvements in CAC and ROAS • Experience managing performance across new and existing customers and throughout the full funnel • Fluent German and very good English • Experience with Pinterest Ads is a plus • Experience with KLAR is a plus • French or Italian language skills are a plus • Highly hands-on, team-oriented, open, and clear in communication • Comfortable working at a fast pace, making iterative decisions, and taking ownership of decisions within a clear framework
