The platform combines an easy data-driven questionnaire, visual dashboards, compliance reporting, and ESG maturity tools, and it is used by in-house sustainability teams, advisers, and portfolio managers; C-MORE also provides complementary consulting services.

📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI and data services for the C-MORE platform • Contribute code to the AI agent, data warehouse, and supporting services • Implement systems that make data reliable, consistent, and accessible • Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and supporting infrastructure • Implement analytics and data-processing functionality • Contribute to system architecture and technical design for the AI and data platform • Investigate technical problems, identify practical solutions, and carry them through to production • Write technical design documents and implementation proposals • Review code and technical designs and maintain high engineering standards • Integrate AI and data capabilities into the broader C-MORE platform with the main application team • Join client or product discussions when technical input is required • Complete or continue technical work to put the data warehouse and dynamic dashboard into production • Contribute to version 2.0, implementing AI and data platform components • Implement AI capabilities from technical design through development, integration, testing, and production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience building production systems involving AI and data • Python experience strongly preferred • PHP experience is a strong advantage • Production Python development • Experience with APIs and backend services • Experience with AI and LLM-based applications • Experience with data pipelines and data processing • Experience with relational databases and data modelling • Experience with data warehouses and analytical systems • Experience with cloud infrastructure and production deployments • Experience with testing, debugging, monitoring, and maintaining production software • Ability to work with existing systems and build new systems • Ability to break technical problems into manageable parts and implement reliable solutions • Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and work effectively with other engineers • Ability to make implementation decisions with incomplete information and take ownership of results • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for technical outcomes • English mandatory, full professional proficiency
