📋 Description

• Lead and mentor 12 consultants through regular 1:1s, honest feedback and development goals, and flag early when someone may be thinking of leaving • Greet each new joiner, sort their access and paperwork, and stay close through their first weeks • Work with the EOR on contracts, onboarding documents, work permits, PTO and payroll queries, and resolve issues before they grow • Keep every consultant’s documents valid and compliant, and handle embassy and visa calls • Track leave balances and certification renewals, and encourage people to take their time off • Monitor upcoming contract renewals, contribute to pricing and cost modelling, and carry each renewal through to completion • Approve timesheets and expenses in Productive and handle client reimbursement invoicing • Build a regular working relationship with the Dubai-based regional project manager, support some account management, and follow every escalation until it is resolved • Organise quarterly team meetups in Cairo and help a distributed team feel connected

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and mentoring a dispersed team in the IT industry • A track record of running performance reviews and development plans • Hands-on experience working with EORs • Solid grounding in HR administration and documentation • Strong organisation, and the ability to juggle several priorities without dropping any • A problem-solver’s instinct: you resolve things quickly and own them until they’re closed • Fluent Arabic and English
