📋 Description

• Responsible for Imports and Other Miscellaneous activities according to the Bank’s internal policies, SOPs, and ICC guidelines • Authorize transactions in the processing system across Trade Finance areas for various business segments • Process transactions according to SOP/OPMs and UCP/ISBP/ISP requirements • Ensure charges recovery follows applicable guidelines • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Input and authorize transactions in the system • Prepare and authorize relevant SWIFT messages • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head • Share errors and knowledge gaps with the line manager/team to address customer service issues • Prevent revenue leakage from missed charge collection • Ensure no outstanding reconciliation entries remain in Nostro or internal accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 1-1.5 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Expert level knowledge in Understanding of Letter of Guarantee and Letter of Credit • Expert level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs • Understanding of amortization principles • Good communication skills, Team Management and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details, good analytical skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player
