• Works cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances, Finance and Strategic Partners to manage Co-Op/MDF claims with strategic partners, maximizing the recognized investment of partner program dollars. • Understands partner program requirements and communicates to cross-functional teams for the purpose of adhering to Co-Op/MDF guidelines • Enters and manages all Co-Op and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) submissions, approvals, and claims with strategic partners • Communicates partner approvals to cross functional teams as appropriate • Works proactively with internal and external marketing teams to identify and secure proof of performance requirements • Tracks and reports claim submissions monthly; communicates financial accruals to Finance Team • Assists in development of QBR and Executive presentations, reporting and deliverables, including bi-weekly reporting of strategic investments committed/received by C1
