📋 Description
• Provide medical leadership for medical affairs strategy, planning, and tactics for sleep disorders • Collaborate with clinical and regional medical teams • Drive alignment on best practices and scientific insights • Lead the creation of global scientific narratives • Partner with regions to address unmet needs and optimize performance • Serve as a medical expert for internal business processes • Develop early and evolving scientific narratives • Lead KOL engagement and scientific exchange activities • Monitor competitive landscape and translate insights into strategic recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• PhD, MD, or PharmD • 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience in Life Sciences industry preferred • Advanced degree in sciences or related field • Strong subject matter expertise in sleep disorders • Global medical roles with cross-regional responsibility • Product launch and lifecycle management • Late-phase development (Phase 2/3 involvement) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to lead in complex environments
