📋 Description

• Convert the IS-U authorization concept into a display-only variant • Implement roles and authorizations securely, transparently, and in compliance with audit requirements as part of the SAP IS-U network system decommissioning • Coordinate with the customer’s assigned project liaison • Carry out the decommissioning of the SAP network system • Assess existing change authorizations with regard to their continued required use and derive measures for transitioning to the target state • Transform composite roles and single roles into display-only single roles • Implement naming conventions as closely as possible to the existing naming structure to enable authorization role mapping (IKS) • Ensure transparency regarding project activities and identify dependencies and risks throughout the transformation process • Develop an authorization concept for SAP IS-U system decommissioning projects • Analyze existing role and authorization concepts • Plan and create reduced user and system-user authorizations as part of the shutdown, and map them to the display-only authorization roles • Ensure compliance with regulatory, data protection, and audit requirements • Create and maintain documentation and authorization concepts • Communicate security-related issues • Respond to the project liaison’s correction requests regarding authorization roles during the decommissioning process

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in SAP authorization management • Good knowledge of SAP IS-U; knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Security is an advantage • Experience in migration, transformation, or decommissioning projects • Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, SOX, IDW PS 330, KRITIS, or internal control systems • Knowledge of analyzing roles, profiles, and authorization objects • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
