📋 Description

• Advise the team on implementing Camunda as the new BPM tool • Develop a scalable delivery concept for Camunda projects across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Create an operations concept for solutions developed by the team • Develop a migration strategy and approach for migrating existing Axon Ivy applications to Camunda • Identify and establish best practices for Camunda development with support from Claude • Define and establish a standardized, AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience with Camunda 8 in enterprise environments • Experience developing delivery concepts and software development standards for Camunda projects • Experience migrating BPM solutions, ideally Axon Ivy or comparable platforms • Strong knowledge of modern software development processes (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD • Experience with cloud environments • Experience defining operations and support concepts for developed solutions • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and integrating them into modern software development processes
