📋 Description

• Establishment of a BCM system for a long-term public-sector project • Conducting and evaluating Business Impact Analyses • Performing BCM risk analyses and integrating them with risk analyses according to BSI Standard 200-3 • Developing emergency preparedness concepts and emergency manuals • Creating business continuity and recovery/restart plans • Planning, executing and evaluating emergency tests and exercises • Deriving measures from tests and exercises • Facilitating workshops with business units, development and operations • Familiarizing with complex subject-matter and technical interrelationships

🎯 Requirements

• Residence in Germany • Native-level German (at least fluent) • Several years of project experience in emergency and continuity management (BCM) • Solid knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz, particularly BSI Standard 200-4 and BSI Standard 200-3 • Good working knowledge of BSI Standards 200-1 and 200-2 • Proven experience establishing a BCM system, at minimum covering the reactive through build-up stages as defined in BSI Standard 200-4 • Experience planning, conducting and evaluating Business Impact Analyses (BIA) • Experience conducting BCM risk analyses and aligning them with risk analyses under BSI Standard 200-3 • Experience developing emergency preparedness concepts, emergency manuals, and business continuity and recovery/restart plans • Experience planning, executing and evaluating emergency tests and exercises, including deriving measures • Independent, structured and proactive working style • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Willingness to familiarize yourself with complex subject-matter and technical interrelationships • Proficient with Jira and Confluence
